Who Are We Looking For?*

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Clinic Manager to join our growing clinical team. The Assistant Clinic Manager will support the subspecialty physician group and provide supervisory oversight to a clinical support team in the delivery of quality healthcare and treatment of rare and orphan diseases.

Essential Functions: *

• Management of clinic staff’s delegated assignments
• Managing and ordering clinic supplies based on need
• Create and manage positive patient experiences
• Process Pre authorizations for medical procedures
• Oversight of Prior authorizations for 4 clinics
• Oversight of biologics for all 4 clinics, including shippings, administering and coordinating.

Additional Duties:

• Perform Pulmonary function test as needed
• Perform Exhaled nitric oxide test as needed
• Provide Skin Prick Test as needed
• Speak with Pharmacies, laboratories and billing.
• Verify Injection dosages
• Patient education

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN License
• 1 year of management experience
• Has or can obtain PALS certification prior to starting
• Demonstrated computer competencies including electronic medical record experience, email, and ability to learn multiple systems quickly
