Job Description
Immediate need of an experienced Access Control Systems Technician. Job duties include Installation, troubleshooting, repair and service of Access Control and Security Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install and program new alarm and security systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarms and security systems
• Mount door hardware, readers and cameras
• Terminate wiring at control panels and end devices
• Configure Digital Video Management servers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security installation, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Ability to understand electrical wiring diagrams and circuits. Candidate should have a back ground in Security or the electrical field for this position.
• Must be able to troubleshoot electrical controls with a multi-meter.
• Knowledge of card access, DVR products, DVMS, electronics, computer systems, electronics or networked applications.
• Experience with systems / software such as Andover Controls, Schneider Electric, Software House, Infographics, Stanley Hugs, Lenel, Casi Rusco, AMAG is a plus.
