In this role, you will work with a team of designers, developers, product and project managers to articulate the user experience (UX) for customers across a multitude of design solutions tailored toward specific ways of working within the organization. This role falls under the Marcom group which is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. The tools technology team within Marcom manages a portfolio of internal tools that encompass Planning, Workflow and Localization solutions for the entire organization.
Key Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have:
- At least 8 years of significant experience in User Experience Design with validated conceptual and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to articulately express the rationale behind design decisions.
- Proven success in strategic and design thinking, and expertise in content strategy, system design, usability, analytics, user testing, information architecture, and marketing.
- Extensive experience with content strategy and platform design, from large-scale workflow solutions to bespoke, niche design.
- Excellent web and app design experience and proficiency in development technologies.
- Previous working experience in analytics, usability tests, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,000 and $209,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
