Exciting opportunity to oversee and implement training programs at Noor Staffing Group located in New York. You will identify training and developmental needs and establish on-going training initiatives that will help contribute to NSG’s culture for enrichment and relentless appetite for success.

Responsibilities:

· Ownership and execution our training program devised specifically to take entry level personnel and teach them the staffing business and put them on a path to recruiting or business development.

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with NSG hiring managers
  • Review and make recommendations for change on individualized training and development plans that addresses needs and expectations
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods which includes investigating external training programs or offerings such as webinars, conferences, and meetups
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Provide opportunities for ongoing development for all current staff which includes leadership, recruiting, sales, and operations.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a training manager within the staffing industry OR proven experience as a successful recruiter and/or salesperson within the staffing industry and looking to shift into a training and development role.
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, role-plays, workshops, simulations etc.)
  • High energy with excellent communication, organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively, as well as a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on new challenges
  • Highly proficient in basic MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint
  • Experience with any ATS (applicant tracking system)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
