We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to enhance our customer experiences in every interaction. The Learning & Customer Experience Specialist will support all Pivot Point International products to a diverse group of clients through a variety of channels.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Supports customers on Pivot Point education, products, platforms, and methodologies through various forms of delivery
- Collaborates with the Experience Management team with new account set up, ordering, requests, compliments, and complaints.
- Utilizes internal systems to process customer orders, track purchase history, identity future opportunities, and update customer information.
- Responds to customer questions related to education materials, products, platforms, and methodologies
- Partners with Client Success Managers and Sales Directors to process customer orders and requests.
- Anticipates customer inventory needs based on class start dates and coordinates order, ship, and delivery dates.
- Proactively advises and recommends products, tools, and services to customers.
- Responds to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, and chat applications
- Conducts research to discover new business opportunities in various assigned areas
- Supports the development of training materials and education content
- Keeps informed of new job-relevant technologies
- Coordinates and maintains up to 50% travel to support in-field training, events, and meetings.

What you bring to Pivot Point International:
- An active educator license in good standing (Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetics or Nails).
- Community college or high school program instructional experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, and Adobe.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
