University City Housing Company is seeking a full-time outgoing and enthusiastic Leasing Training Manager to work throughout our portfolio within Greater Philadelphia. If you have leasing and training experience; love motivating and mentoring team members– we would like to talk to you!
What You Will Be Doing
This full-time role emphasizes training, customer service, and project management skills. The Leasing Training Manager is a specialist who helps the business by developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for Team Members that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce. The Training Manager will work across many departments to get Team Members up to speed in their specific job duties as well as the overall needs of the company. The Training Manager will both conduct and coordinate training on various topics including use of the company’s IT systems and software, leasing, customer service, maintenance, general management and assorted other topics.
Leasing Training Manager Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee leasing and marketing performance by working closely with management to ensure Team Members are trained and developed accordingly
- Support hiring managers with new hire training and onboarding along with managing the new hire leasing training program
- Implementing Company Policies and Procedures
- Identify and assess future and current training needs
- Design and deploy new and innovative training programs, both in-person and online
- Facilitate leadership, management and competency training initiatives
- Develop impactful training materials, presentations and communications, update as needed
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each department
- Manage, track and record training and development programs to ensure that employees are receiving the appropriate training
- Provide assistance to leadership in evaluating the need for training or other departmental interventions for team members from onboarding through promotion
- Maintain calendar of events for various learning and development events and programs
- Leasing, Sales, and Training experience
- College Degree Preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- MS Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- Flexibility with hours and days worked
