Experienced License & Title Clerk
Family Hyundai is looking for a part-time, experienced License and Title Clerk to join our team! Work with a large inventory and an established, aggressive sales team. Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Process license and titles (Both Illinois & out of state)
- Apply for duplicate and corrected titles
- Maintain inventory of plates, stickers, odometer statement & POA’s)
- Auditing of all titles
- Other duties assigned as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous dealership experience a plus, but not required
- License and Title Experience a must
- General accounting knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask
- Experience with Dealertrack
