Job Description:
Description of Responsibilities:
- Works with client stakeholders to undertake & support complex sourcing projects to ensure delivery of category strategies
- Provides client stakeholders with supply market intelligence and market trends in professional services and non-enterprise software services
- Manages client line manager relationships and vendor relationships
- Leads the full sourcing process which includes development of scope, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, and contract execution.
Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience in the job description.
Preferred
· Deep understanding of licensing value chain
· Good understanding of end-to-end service delivery value chain
· Take ownership of complex issues/transactions
· Effectively train & mentor team members/ Customers
· Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
· Ability to manage processes to metrics
· Experience in managing client relationships and addressing issues
· Collaborates with client business entities and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience by supporting end-to-end Smart Licensing / Smart account set up
· Understanding of quality concepts
· Lead demos/training sessions with customers on licensing portals, best practices, consumption reports, etc.
· Flexible to work in EST or PST. Any 5 days working in a week (Sunday to Saturday)
· Advance level proficiency in MS Office
· Advanced Proficiency level in written and Oral English for business communication
· Ability to handle difficult situations, diffuse customer conflict by showing empathy; properly positioning no in enforcing business rules that must be followed and offering alternative solutions where appropriate
· Quick learner who easily applies problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.

Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
