Job description

Total Wellness Center, an in-person and Telehealth outpatient behavioral health office with locations in Connecticut and New Jersey, is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to work at our practice in Stamford, CT with the option to work from home (remote ).

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Document progress notes and recovery plans.
• Provide behavioral TELEHEALTH therapy.
• Co-payment collection.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid and current Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Professional Counselor (LPC) license/certification in the state of Connecticut is a must (New Jersey/New York license is a plus).
• Valid and current malpractice insurance
• Minimum 1 year experience in mental health.
• Regular computer skills proficiency.
• A big plus is to be in-network with all or any of the following insurance panels:
• Anthem (or Empire).
• United (or Oxford).
• Cigna.
• Aetna.

Total Wellness Center offers both in-person and online therapy and psychiatry services. All of our doctors come from Ivy league schools. Our offices are located in Montclair (NJ), Teaneck (NJ) and Stamford (CT)
