Job description

Compass Professional Counselors, LLC is looking to contract with a licensed counselor who has an interest in working with children ages 4-12. This candidate would ideally have previous experience working with children and their parents. At Compass Professional Counselors we specialize in working with children, adolescents and families utilizing attachment theory as the framework. We offer free biweekly supervision which can be used towards obtaining the registered play therapy distinction.

We are a small group practice and offer flexibility in hours and how many clients are on a clinician's caseload. We are looking for a candidate that is able to maintain a caseload of 15-30 clients per week. The clinician has the opportunity to earn up to 75% of reimbursement.

The clinician's responsibilities include: collecting payment/copayment, completing notes, treatment plans, scheduling follow-up appointments, maintaining licensure.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
