Job Description

Heal-Thyself Counseling Services, LLC is a private practice that provides individual therapy for adults, adolescents, families, and couples therapy as well. We are looking for part-time or full-time licensed clinical professional counselor or licensed clinical social workers to join our team. We provide a supportive, friendly environment where providers can grow quickly and develop professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling from an accredited program
• This is not an entry level position and candidates must have at least 2 years of experience
• Licensure in good standing from the State of Illinois. Candidates must be licensed at the clinical level (LCSW or LCPC) or be close to obtaining clinical licensure.
• Credentialed with most PPO insurances Preferred but Not Required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• The ability to build rapport with a variety of clients
• A team player who can collaborate with others in the practice, but who can also work independently
• Must demonstrate empathy and compassion and adhere to professional standards and ethics at all times
• Must maintain a professional manner, attitude, and appearance at all times

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• This is an independent contractor (1099) position
• Providers must carry their own liability insurance
• Looking for the right professionals to start immediately
