Job description
Currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to work at a Short/Long-term care facility located in the Chicago Land area. The ideal Nursing Home Administrator candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as an Administrator for a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Administrator
- Oversee the provision of high-quality care and maintain full capacity at our facility.
- Generate and implement innovative marketing ideas that establish us as the number one facility in the area
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Requirements of the Nursing Home Administrator
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrator for a skilled nursing facility
- Valid IL Nursing Home Administrator License
Required experience:
- Must have Administrator experience in a long term care facility: 2 years
