We are looking for high energy, experienced chefs for a new upscale scratch restaurant with a beautiful view on Portage Lakes. This is a company with a longevity of financial success in branding new restaurant concepts, and this one is going to be no exception.

What we are committed to giving our team:

• No late nights, restaurant hours are 3- 9pm/10pm Friday and Saturday

• Sunday brunch only, evenings off.

• Hourly is $17-22/hr plus opportunity for bonuses and raises in the first 6 months

• Set schedule. 4 day work week available. Closed most holidays.

• Redesigned, CLEAN, and complete scratch kitchen with upscale equipment.

• Work with a Michelin Chef with immense growth opportunities for Sous, Chef de Cuisine, and Executive Chef here and other future concepts.

• The ability to put YOUR food and ideas on the menu. Creativity is a plus.

What we require:

• Must have scratch cooking experience, at least one year

• Fine dining experience is a plus

• Excellent track record of attendance.

• Intimate knowledge of ingredients

• Knife skills a must
