Our kitchen bridges the old and the new, offering reimagined, honest New England fare prepared with fresh local ingredients. The Wilder features an innovative, ever-evolving craft cocktail program. We are owned and operated by the family behind Anju Noodle Bar and The Wallingford Dram in Kittery, Maine. Our service is friendly and caring with an attention to detail.
