10/14 (2pm-10:30pm) (training day) , 10/15- 10/16, 10/21-10/23 (3:30-10:30)

10/17-10/20 and 10/24-10/27 (5:30pm-10:30pm)

10/28-10/30 (1pm-12:30am)

10/31 (11:30am-12:30am)

• Must know how to operate digital payments such as SQUARE, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Google Pay
• Hand out and assist with signing of paper waivers
• Confirm completion of signed digital waivers
• Engage with line goers in a friendly manner
• On down time advertise our new escape rooms
• On down time promote social media
• Issuing wristbands and or tickets once customer has paid AND WAIVER IS SIGNED (will explain how ticket system works)
• HANDLE NO CASH
• Answer Q&A such as hours, wait times
• When a customer has pre purchased a ticket, scan in customers QR codes on our integrated platform
• Have storage on an iOS system to download 5 company apps
• Repeatedly let them know which line they are on, express or regular

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Queens Village, NY 11429: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
