Job description
The Logistics Coordinator is a sales administrative support role responsible for providing effective customer service using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with vendors and team members within the sales and accounting departments. This is a full time, on-site position.
Essential Functions
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
- Build relationships with customers through effective and timely communications regarding status of customers’ orders
- Enter purchase orders for product supply as directed
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Support marketing activities as needed (may include telephone follow up calls, distribution of company materials, etc.)
- Generate sales reports

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
