Contributes to the Supply Chain department while he/she learns, trains, and improves skills in that particular area in order to gain a profound understanding of processes, products, and services.

Purpose

Detects and develops business opportunities. Negotiates and formalizes the sale of products and services under the area of responsibility. Maintains regular relationships with customers and is responsible for the Offering process and Order Follow up.

Inventory & Logistics Analyst

Ensures that inventory balances and movements are being kept updated in YMS and SAP system and conciliated with the actual Physical quantities in the yard. Inventory accuracy to reach 100% (System quantity fully aligned with Physical quantity)

Controls day to day inventory operations and implements inventory control protocols.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve inventory KPI’s : Accuracy 100%, First in First out (FIFO), Ageing <1 Month, Ageing from Ready to Dispatch to actual dispatch <10 days.
• Perform daily cycle counts and define actions to correct the discrepancies
• Prepare the yard throughout the year for the annual physical inventory count.
• Daily checks backlog of non-processed tallies / dispatches.
• Loads system stock receptions, dispatches, work orders, stock transfer orders in SAP.
• Monthly conciliates YMS and SAP stocks reports vs Physical count.
• Request authorization to write on / write off for inventory adjustments and execute them in YMS/SAP.
• Follows up deliveries posted in SAP to make sure no discrepancies are being created.
• Ensures monthly revenue recognition analysis is done properly and coordinates with ADMI areas the required accounting adjustments.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
