Rapidly growing logistics company is currently in search of a Logistics Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a third-party logistics company, our ongoing challenge is establishing new customers while servicing our established ones.

What We Are Looking For

***Minimum 1- 3 years direct Logistics Sales Experience***

· Industry experience, sales experience, and/or bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary – We want your hustle.

· strong understanding of the market LTL and FTL CANADA-USA-MEXICO

· Strong verbal & written communication skills with a service-centric mindset

· Empathetic to customer needs with the ability to translate those needs into solutions that deliver value.

· Open to exploring opportunities where you continue to grow accounts and help a company expand their clientele

· Have book of business that can generate income

Responsibilities:

· Your performance will be measured by consistent prospecting, closing new business and growing existing relationships through an unmatched level of service.

• Identifying and attracting new business opportunities, and understanding the needs of prospective and existing customers

• Acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for customers to assist them with the decision-making process, and educating them on the services we offer

• Working in collaboration with other departments to ensure offerings are as competitive and fair as possible

• Work closely with the operations team to creating quotes and bid proposals and presenting them to prospective customers

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or another related field

• North American (Canada / U.S.) market knowledge an asset.
• Proficient with Office 365

· Working knowledge of operations and transportation management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.97 - $24.86 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
