Experience:

• 12 months of Long Term Care experience is required.

Requirements:

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Information:

Shift Information: OT rotation may be required. - Rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays. Hours worked per two-week period may be up to 88 hrs. No guarantee of hours or shift preference.

Traveler must arrive the Friday prior to Monday start for HR/EH clearance appointments. Must be on island by Thursday night for Friday morning appointments.

Duties: include medication administration, skin treatments, assessments, ADL assistance, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, gastrostomy tube care.

License: Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
