BASIC PURPOSE: To enhance the quality of life of our residents by providing high quality service, care and job performance in a cheerful, timely manner and by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with others to attain and carry out the Mission of The Atrium.

JOB SUMMARY: The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, as may be required by the Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently licensed as a nurse in the State of Ohio. Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Has genuine interest in nursing and rehabilitation of the sick and disabled preferably with training and/or experience in gerontological, rehabilitative or memory care nursing.
