Foxwood Springs is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Brand new wage scale!

Available schedules for 12 hour day and 12 hour night shifts with rotating weekends!

A typical day for an LPN includes:

· Assisting in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interests of residents. Ensures resident rights are always maintained

· Monitoring Residents

· Supervising and directing Nursing Assistants

· Assisting in writing care plans based on resident needs.

· Monitoring response to care treatment plans.

· Assisting with discharge process.

· Obtaining and administering medication. Possesses knowledge of medication interactions.

· Documenting and reviewing medication and treatment sheets for accuracy and compliance.

LPN Requirements:

· Valid State License/Certification

· Must be a self-starter and able to work independently

· Reliable transportation

· Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination

· Currently considering all availability (full-time, part-time)

Pay: $25.00 - $32.50 per hour
