Campus Nurse

Mohican Young Star Academy is a proud provider of residential treatment to at-risk adolescent boys. We’re looking to hire an experienced LPN to join our growing campus located in the middle of the beautiful Mohican Park. Our organization has a strong culture based on consistency and structure, and we strive to become the #1 residential treatment facility in the nation.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the mission and vision of Young Star Academy as evidenced by compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
• Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Supports and facilitates positive interaction with others as evidenced by: professional maturity, respect for others, a team-centered approach, maintenance of confidential information, and an appreciation of a multicultural workplace.
• Exhibits effective communication skills including proper use of agency communication systems.
• Participates in appropriate professional development programs to attain and maintain professional expertise and licensure.
• Exhibits sound stewardship by effectively managing resources to achieve the objectives of Young Star Academy.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ohio license: LPN
• Experience in working with male adolescents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
