SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of LTC experience (must include Geriatric experience) - Required
- Prior travel experience within the last 6 months - Required
- Float will be expected to Rehab & LTC units - Required
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION THIS IS A RURAL AREA AND RENTALS ARE SPARSE
Shift Notes:
- 37.5 hrs/wk (flexibility with shift schedule is a MUST)
Weekend Requirements:
- 2 weekends per 4 week schedule
