Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford continues to grow, and we are in immediate need of an Automotive Lube Technician in our Service Department. We are looking for hardworking, skilled Lube Technicians to fill the space and keep up with demand.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders.
• Replace oil and air filters
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replace or replenish as necessary
• Check tire pressure and add air if needed
• Tire rotations and alignments
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
• Report machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts to complete tasks
• Communicate with service advisor, parts department and customers as needed

Requirements

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear, legible handwriting
• Must possess a strong service mentality
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Education:

• Oil change: 1 year (Preferred)
