Personnel Plus is HIRING a Machine operator in Caldwell, ID.

• Monday- Friday
• Swing shift
• Day shift
• Fitting department
• $14/hr.

Duties:

• Will remove parts out of the molds at the beginning of their shift, take the extra plastic off the router.
• Will check the vent tubes making sure they are clean.
• Will put powder in the mold and close it using vise grips before the mold goes back into the oven and starts the next cycle.
• Will monitor equipment to ensure that products are being molded properly.
• Will make sure their work station is clean and free of tools, vise grips or excessive water or powder on the floor.
• Will be required to ware safety gear such as glasses, gloves and ear plugs.
• Will immediately report issues or problems to their immediate supervisor or production manager.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass 50lbs physical
• Ability to understand the structure and function of production equipment.
• Ability to identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift throughout their shift with no restrictions.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Experience with safety procedures and guidelines.
• Experience with tools “chisel or impact gun” safely and effectively.
• Must be efficient and manage time effectively.
• Open background
• Must be drug free

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
