Integrity Trade Services has a Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Pail Line Operator/Mechanic for a leader in the Steel Container Industry located in Peotone, IL
Hours: 5:30 am- 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday (approx... 50 hour work week)
Pay: $18 - $22/hr.
Responsibilities:
· Set up properly all equipment of the pail line. (Equipment includes Steam Welder. Expander, Pup Curl and Bead, Turnover, Spin Flange, Ear Welder, Automatic Parts, Feeder, Seamer, Child Warning Label Machine, Paint Booth, Ovens, Tester, Video Jet and Bail-O-Matic).
· Start up and properly run the various equipment of the pail line.
· Understand and complete the various verification procedures for all equipment of the pail line.
· Complete all preventative maintenance requirements daily, weekly, and monthly for the pail line equipment.
· Ensure all proper housekeeping is completed for all equipment on the pail line.
· Ensure all safety requirements are maintained while setting up, running, and maintaining the pail line equipment.
· Maintain all required tools for successful set-up, operation and maintenance of pail line equipment.
Requirements:
· Must be capable of using measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers.
· Must understand all the learning/training documentation including operating specs, diagnostics and machine rebuild.
