We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Office Clerk for the Maintenance Department at our Tuttle-Click Irvine location. The Office Clerk position is Monday-Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm with some overtime as needed that may also include weekends. Compensation

The Office Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $20.00.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor to complete various projects
  • Calling and Sourcing Vendors
  • Communicating with Vendors for status on job completion
  • Daily communication and interaction with colleagues and upper management
  • Maintains accurate records
  • Check documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prints, analyzes, and distributes reports as requested by management
  • Review and audit scanned files for accuracy
  • Back up receptionist to the current team
  • Scanning and transmitting documents
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed and assigned


Qualifications

  • Excel Proficient
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Flexible with day-to-day duties
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Ability to use departmentsystem, personal computer, and calculator.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule
  • Good interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
  • Must be highly organized and experienced in handling high volumes of paperwork.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines, detail oriented, and a team player.
  • Reynolds/Ignite knowledge (preferred)
  • Experience working in a Dealership(preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Clear background, drug screen and verifiable references
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
