Requirements:
High School Diploma
Valid driver’s license and qualify as insurable by district insurance carrier
Ability to perform assigned duties within the physical requirements of said responsibilities and district guidelines
Three years’ experience in HVAC maintenance or documented experience in at least two of the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, snow removal, lawn maintenance, painting, and small engine repair, welding, or minor vehicle repair
Preferred:
Journeyman (U.A.W. card required), or have a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience, or have served a bonafide apprenticeship and possess a certificate which substantiates completion.

Salary/Benefits:
Starting hourly rate $22.44.
260 days per year / 8 hours per day / Monday – Friday / Scheduled work hours 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
