The Day Shift Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance efforts of the shop’s staff and the daily management/upkeep of the shop facilities that support the maintenance efforts for the shift. The Manager leads the maintenance/cleaning staffs and their proper utilization and professional development. The Manager is responsible for controlling expenses and purchases related to the maintenance/upkeep of the vehicles, working within compliance of corporate standards regarding Preventive Maintenance efforts. The Manager provides daily support to the Operations Division so that our customers are provided with quality vehicles, both from a maintenance standpoint from both an appearance/comfort level standpoint. The Maintenance Manager also provide routine reports and support to the Regional General Manager relating to maintenance statistics and issues.

Qualified candidates must have at a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least five (5) years of supervisory experience.
