Work Hours/Shift: M-F, Day shift, 7:00pm – 3:30pm, On-call rotation every 5-weeks which includes weekends. OT required as needed and during emergent situations.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Demonstrates, through behavior, AdventHealth’s core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork.

• Installs, tests, maintains and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed
• Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external trades
• Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience Strongly Preferred:

• Ability to respond to emergency calls in a timely manner

• Ability to interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions

• Able to communicate in English

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education and Experience Required:

• Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience

• Two years of technical experience
