The Maintenance Reliability Engineer, will work independently and on cross functional teams on reliability and continuing improvement projects.

About the Job
- Support development of Preventative Maintenance and Lubrication Rounds
- Support supervisors in planning of reliability driven machine modifications
- Complete RCFA / 4Cs – to address root cause of mechanical failures
- Work with maintenance supervisors to support shutdown planning focusing on reliability corrective actions
- Support reliability initiatives identified via Project United (Cleansheeting, Technical Closure, Work Standards)
- Implement reliability focused capital projects as-needed
- Work with roll shops (internal / external) to manage roll inventory and major rebuilds
- Back-fill / Relief Maintenance Supervisor

Skills For Your Success
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, especially rotating equipment, and maintenance requirements.
- Professionalism while working with contractors and suppliers
- Knowledge of machine lubrication and equipment
- Knowledge of machining processes and materials
- Demonstrate strong leadership ability
- Demonstrate good organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience
- Paper Mill experience a plus
