Carolina Place Apartments located in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician. The Apartment Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs to ensure that the apartment homes and facilities are maintained to company standards. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing apartments for move-in, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC units, minor electrical, appliances, minor plumbing, carpentry, locks, and changing hot water heaters. Being able to follow a schedule and follow-ups with residents and coordinate with the property manager is imperative with this position.

• *One to three years of experience in property management, facility maintenance, and/or mechanical repair preferred.
• *Valid driver's license from the state of residence required with reliable transportation.
• * This is a Monday - Friday position with the responsibility of taking emergency calls.
• Eligibility for benefit plans after 90 days for eligible employees.*
