Swing Shift Maintenance Tech Level I - III

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech I- III to assist with the necessary equipment and facilities upkeep on a future SWING SHIFT 330pm -12am.

The position reports to the maintenance manager and encompasses a wide variety of job functions. For consideration candidates must:

· Possess the technical skills to preform both facilities and machinery maintenance

· Have experience with identifying machine or tool failures and repairing them

· Be willing to perform general grounds and housekeeping duties

· Hold a high school diploma or GED. It is preferred that they hold additional technical education / training as well.

· Have forklift experience both in operation and repair.

Essential Duties of the Maintenance Specialist

· Repairs small tools.

· Performs operation and maintenance of Fire Protection system.

· Performs Crane and Chain inspections in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines.

· Repairs water, gas, electric or air lines in facility.

· Services heating and air condition units.

· Perform welding and minor fabrication projects.

· Operates cutting torch.

· Performs preventive maintenance on forklifts.

· Repair or replace gauges, valves and pressure regulators on related equipment.

· Coordinates, as well as performs needed duties, to maintain facility grounds to an accepted level.

· Assists production with dumping of trash bins.

· Cleans break rooms, lunchrooms and bathrooms. Removes trash from employee parking lot. Coordinates all trash and recycling removal.

· Assists Maintenance Supervisor for photo shoot, special events, or special circumstance spa deliveries.

· Vendor or supplier visits to pick up parts when needed.

· Assists coordinator of all spill cleanup and disposal management of hazardous chemical waste.

· Perform all functions to the highest level of safety requirements, including LOTO.

Hours & Duration

· This is a full time, swing shift, permanent assignment. Must be able to train on day shift.

You must be able to take direction from the Maintenance Supervisor as well as work with people from many different backgrounds, departments, and areas within the company. Our maintenance team wears many hats; successful candidates will have a positive attitude about any job that needs to be done.
