Job description

The Wallace F. Ackley Real Estate Company maintenance technician travels around various areas of Central Columbus performing maintenance tasks as requested by residential and commercial clients. Technicians working out of the Bexley office work primarily in Bexley, Whitehall, East Columbus and Reynoldsburg. Technicians working out of the Upper Arlington office work primarily out of Upper Arlington, Dublin, and Hilliard.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintenance Technician performs various job assignments including but not limited to:
Plumbing, electrical, entry and interior door installation, demo, cabinet and counter top installation, punch-out, troubleshooting, tub and surround installation and re-keying.
Qualifications and Skills
Technicians must have :
A valid drivers license , reliable transportation and own tools. Must have some maintenance background but we are willing to train ambitious candidates. An additional $3.35 per hour is allocated for the use of your own vehicle. Total rate per hour $24.
Supervisors and Technicians are required to be on call for 1 week every 6 weeks.

Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
