Make Ready/Groundskeeper *West Houston*
Job description
Mosaic Residential is now accepting application for a Make Ready/Groundskeeper at a property located in West Houston!
This position will assist the Maintenance team in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, focusing on, but not limited to the cleaning and upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.
Responsibilities for these positions include oversight of the maintenance department to include completion of incoming service requests, completion of make ready apartments, assisting with maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program, coordination of life safety and security programs in compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and local ordinances in addition to maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable community.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
