Overall Responsibilities:
The Manager, Demand Generation drives demand generation efforts with an ultra-modern tech stack. You’ll lead inbound and outbound initiatives, with granular account-based marketing profiling and targeting, that support the company’s marketing and demand generation approach to data analytics software and services. You’ll also own the martech stack and automation of lead scoring and nurturing. This role will be an important leadership position, overseeing demand generation managers and product marketing managers, supporting each of the company’s 3+ business units.
As an experienced marketer with a firm understanding of the B2B enterprise technology buying process, you’ll be able to jump in quickly to help the organization drive revenue and results.
Essential Functions:
Demand generation responsibilities:
- Conceive of, plan, and execute integrated multi-media, multi-channel campaigns that attract, interest, and convert prospective buyers, building an actionable lead and appointment pipeline.
- Work closely with sales leadership and business development team to build an effective process for fast follow-up and conversion of leads or appointments.
- Ensure proper integration of product marketing and thought leadership campaigns across entire product portfolio.
- Track, measure, analyze, and report on weekly lead gen activity, using key metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and results, optimizing campaigns and budgets based on new learnings.
- Introduce and manage account-based marketing strategy as well as inbound and outbound marketing mix, which includes keywords/phrases, search engine optimization, and paid search.
- Coordinates the integration of leads and appointments from events, updating contact records.
- Work with content and communications team members to build the marketing campaign calendar, highlighting key dependencies and execution considerations in weekly team meetings, and ensuring timely campaign delivery.
- Manage the building, testing, and sending of emails to prospects or clients, as needed.
System and process responsibilities:
- Govern the administration of the marketing automation system (HubSpot), forms, plug-ins, CRM integration (Salesforce), processes, and workflows relating to the demand gen strategy.
- Introduces new tools and techniques (automation, AI, chatbots, syndicated content, dynamic media, etc.) that meet or exceed the needs of buyers at each step of the purchase process.
- Oversee accuracy/completeness of contact database, contact growth, target client profiling, list segmentation and augmentation, buyer persona matching, and unsubscribed re-engagement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure proper follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
- Collaborate with product leadership to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Properly track lead funnel to report on effectiveness of marketing to sales handoff.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of six (6) years of experience in marketing. Or High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in marketing.
Skills/Background:
- 6+ years of experience in a leadership role in a B2B technology or SaaS organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team of demand generation and product marketers.
- Knowledge of the credit union, financial services, or payments industries is preferred.
- Adept at managing budgets and deadlines.
- Rigorous thinker who can solve problems and move projects forward.
- Knowledgeable with Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Google Analytics and Advertising, Wordpress, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, and Cvent.
- Must be strongly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
