Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives, driving operational efficiencies, and leading data driven processes with multiple stakeholders across multiple regions.
- 2 years of experience leading teams with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- 2 years of experience with people management and organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with partner organizational structures, developing scaled programs, defining milestones, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
- Ability to interact with partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent creative problem-solving, communication, organizational, analytical, and facilitation skills.

As a Manager for the Partner Experience team within OPG, you will be responsible for resolving partner issues, educating internal teams on partner/product concerns, and engaging with partners on new product opportunities. You will help to exceed partners’ expectations by striving to solve problems at the root.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $154,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Improve the partner experience for web publishers and app developers globally.
- Manage cross-functional relationships while building trust with varied teams.
- Support the team’s efforts to work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed for partners and interactions with sales, engineering, and product management.
- Manage staffing needs, oversee hiring and onboarding, help to shape the professional development program for each team member, and provide regular performance feedback and opportunities to leverage strengths.
- Set accountability measures in place and prioritize resources and efforts for the team.
