We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Manager, Pricing, Promotion & Trade -Bilingual (Korean/English) (TV) on the Home Entertainment Team!

Position Summary:

• Responsible for pricing & promotions for Home Entertainment products.
• Promotional Roadmap Planning: Promotional roadmap planning and weekly communication/announcements.
• Pricing: Create initial pricing/margin proposal for NPI models for all accounts
• Evaluate pricing/promotional requests and create a counter proposal.
• Financial Planning: Promotion costs (IR/SPIFF/bundles), P/L, and price protection costs simulations. Non-trade term expenses forecasting for financial planning meeting.
• Responsible for managing the process and timeline with cross-functional teams to ensure all promotional details are communicated with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication of programs and promotions to the entire organization, and price promotion execution.
• Must be able to add value to planning sessions by providing insights and sharing opinions of the current competitive landscape.
• Must participate in team meetings and Cross-functional meetings.
• Pricing & promo margin negotiation with accounts
• Must have strong work ethic and ability to work beyond business hours as needed to complete tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree is required
• 8-10 years experience in product marketing/sales in consumer electronics industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, Excellent communication skills.
• Must be highly detail oriented and extremely organized.
• Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Macro knowledge plus).
• CE industry experience and good understanding of back-end programs.
• Experience in business analysis including financial and operational analysis
