Your day.

As a Clinic Manager you need to know how to:

• Be responsible for overall management of 3 clinics and 2 hospital-based departments. This medical group is made up of multi-specialty practices and clinics: Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, General Surgery, and OB-GYN.
• Focus on budgeting and financial management, physician relations & practice management, patient relations, and quality improvement. Actively participate in various committees or special projects as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with hospital and regional leadership.
• Lead a team of approximately 25 direct reports consisting of physicians, providers, and support staff.
• Sit as the Medical Group representative on the campus's Servant Leadership Team (SLT) and share Administrative On-Call (OAC) duties with the rest of SLT.

Your experience.

We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related business/management field, required
• Master’s degree or equivalent in related healthcare/business/management field, preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years in a managerial or supervisory in a related position, required
• Previous physician practice leadership experience, required
• Previous leadership experience with provider-based and rural health clinics and/or critical access hospitals, required
• Leadership experience within an integrated healthcare system, preferred
