The Manufacturing Business Analyst (MBA) is a cross functional role that will be responsible for the maintenance of Repack Business Agreements and Validating compliance. This role will engage with the manufacturing operations team, supply chain & logistics, and accounting to be successful. This person will be a critical liaison with our Repackaging customers and proactively engage them to achieve positive outcomes. This position will be instrumental in building a strong culture based on collaborative hands-on teamwork and continuous improvement in support of “OUR HOUSE” initiatives.


  • The Manufacturing Business Analyst (MBA) must possess product, packaging, and shipping knowledge, as well as complete understanding of the Company’s software (Excel, Word, XA and Deacom) related to accounting, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other reports.
  • Order Management: Purchase order verification and maintenance. Purchase order input that will include EDI acceptance and verification. Incumbent will need to become familiar with customer agreements to validate that ordering is compliant with current agreements
  • Costing and Product Development: Incumbent will work closely with the Repackaging Manager to calculate new product development items. Inflationary tracking of current items to sufficient detail that Quarterly True-ups are completed per the current customer agreements. Work closely with purchasing so that raw material purchases are completed within the defined customer agreements.
  • Budget Preparation: With input from Sales and Purchasing, prepare pricing revision guidance. This should be based on present purchase pricing and target margin to be revised annually or as needed.
  • New Item additions: As adoptions from Product Development happen or opportunity for new business are presented. Incumbent should work closely with Acct and Systems to solicit new items or revise current items within the ERP system to be able to properly cost and quote.
  • Customer Involvement: Incumbent will work closely with the established repackaging team to assure that customer needs are being met while ensuring productivity and cost goals are being met.

  • Repackaging Business Improvement: Incumbent may be asked to incorporate into a team or may be tasked with individual projects the strive to improve the overall repackaging business. This could include but not be limited to the following:


Ø Order input to invoicing standardization and streamlining.

Ø Purchasing Optimization.

Ø Production Planning and Scheduling.

Ø Shipping and Receiving Optimization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer support role.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Foundational accounting knowledge to complete costing of new and existing products.
  • Candidate must possess excellent verbal, formal written and grammatically correct correspondence.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and ability to make recommendations and decisions from the data.
  • Ability to interact with customers, team members, management, and outside vendors with professionalism and tact.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
  • Strong personal organization skills and acute attention to detail required.
  • Demonstratable presentation skills for company leadership and customer presentations.
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and accurate data entry skills are required.
  • 2 to 5 years of ERP experience preferred.
  • Verifiable organizational and supervisory skills related to managing accounts and scheduling
  • Demonstrated experience independently developing strategy and driving tangible results using data and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Some minimal travel may be required to other Premier facilities, approximately 10% of the time.
  • Proven leadership track record.
