Responsibilities
- Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering questions regarding billing, website navigation and other general customer inquiries
- Assist customers with new and existing accounts
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to better aid with customer’s selection
- Receive inbound calls and emails, process customer requests, and assist with website navigation and troubleshooting
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls to process employee/consumer requests, assist them with their needs and billing inquires
- Research and resolve order discrepancies, or file report if issue exceeds guidelines
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
