Job Overview:

The KDP 2023 Summer Co-Op program will run from June-December. This position will be based in our Columbus, Ohio plant. Each co-op will have real responsibilities and will be provided opportunities to grow professionally.   • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including CPT/OPT.


Position Responsibilities
  • Lead Line 3 Productivity Improvement Project of 10% – work with the business to drive action and execution to deliver meaningful results to the business
  • Kaizen – work with Continuous Improvement Managers and TPM Supervisors on the planning and execution of high value projects
  • Material Development – Assist in the development of standard work, best practices, and other materials to support standardization and variation reduction in our operations
  • Duties will include support of lean and six sigma projects, implementing TPM tools and best practices and building organizational capability by supporting CI activities

As a co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will:
  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, resume building, presenting and interviewing
  • Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering
  • Available to work full-time (M-F, 9am-5pm) June-December 2023
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to pull and analyze data using statistical analysis
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, is independently driven, and a self-starter
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
The pay range for this position starts at $23/hour.
