*Part Time 20 hours per week*
Provide training products for an on-site adult learning center. Preferred candidate will have
Manufacturing Production experience and knowledge of processes and equipment.
? Candidate will work with the Manager, Training on the following work:
o Creating/curating training content
o Developing training programs
o Setting up training (in our learning management system) or in person logistics
o Delivering the training (blend of computer based, in-person, virtual, hybrid)
o Creating reinforcement materials (job aids, reference documents)
No Degree not required. Experience in a training role (with Manufacturing preferred) of 3-5 years
required.
