Brief Description:

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is one of the quickest growing, high-case volume Family Law firms in Houston. We are in search of a reliable, enthusiastic team member to assist in our marketing department. We are always happy to train our new team members, however, strong administrative experience and/or marketing skills and abilities are required.

Responsibitlies:

  • Hand-write birthday cards to LOBF clients
  • Responsible for all bulk and/or needed printing
  • Print, collate/organize and construct New Client Handbooks
  • Assist with email and spreadsheet creation
  • Assist with admin duties for all marketing events
  • Other miscellaneous duties assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google programs/word processing programs
  • Must know how to use a commercial in-office printer
  • Reliability (arrive to work on time with minimal absences/tardies)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to work well with a team, but also independently
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe software (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to learn new software/computer programs (if needed)

Compensation:

$10.00 to $12.00; upon experience

Work Schedule:

PART TIME

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
