Bizmatics Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team. You will work within the marketing team and as Marketing Analyst, you’ll use your extensive strategic knowledge to manage entire projects for the Marketing team, from conception to finality. You’ll do research, make recommendations for projects, and understand and articulate how our Marketing function can help the business achieve its objectives.
This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.
SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management of content for website, blogs, campaigns and paid and organic online search campaigns, ad copywriting and A/B testing, data, analytics and budget management through the use of Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, and Salesforce. This position supports the future evolution and development of content all across the website, campaigns, Social Media Channels- ensuring they are up to date, functioning correctly cross-browser and delivering an experience that complies with website brand guidelines. Responsibilities also include maintaining and tracking marketing initiatives and KPIs, such as conversion, funnel health, digital marketing channel efficacy, site performance and traffic trends, onsite user behavior, pipeline and revenue generated and providing team with status and recommended changes on an ongoing basis. Conducting monthly webinars for customers and prospects. Generate and disseminate reports to ensure that the der team is aware of campaign performance trends and analyze data from to ensure that the tracking data is used effectively to the benefit of the campaign.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Analyze objectives and KPIs of content, campaigns, ads, social media and other marketing efforts to determine the results and optimize for future success of online/SEO/SEM activities.
  • Provide ongoing analysis and strategy to marketing team and external partners and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Create and manage PPC Campaigns, including keywords, paid search, ad set targeting, and more for Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising (Social Media) and others.
  • Work with Marketing team and other creative developers to develop new ads for display and social media campaigns.
  • Execute landing page development and run A/B testing on various page elements to determine the most effective ROI and conversion.
  • Create email campaigns and conversion experiments to increase the performance of collected inquiries and boost lead generation.
  • Develop and implement optimal PPC and online marketing budgets and bid strategies granularly from campaign level to keyword level.
  • Track account performance by multiple levels including conversions, lead forms, click-through rates, etc.
  • Create reports to measure individual campaign performance, analyze and provide solution for further success.
  • Execute SEM/SEO and online strategies within a defined monthly budget and CPL.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Conduct monthly webinars for education and product promotion.
  • Conduct research on competitors, healthcare industry trends to predict and guide marketing strategies and build strong brand awareness and positioning.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrate the ability to craft optimal user experiences to share complex data analytics through reports and dashboards.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, WordPress, and Salesforce, native social insight tools like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Yoast, and be the go-to person for the broader marketing team and use it to monitor and support marketing activities.
  • Manage Social Media channels – create content strategy, post content and graphics, analyze reports to optimize for greater brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Collaborate with other marketing and digital operations teams, sales operations and improve the full-funnel measurement.
  • Experienced with SFDC, MailChimp, Buffer for handling data, email automation and Social Media.
  • Knowledge of other digital marketing platforms is an advantage (eg. ABM, webinars, surveys, event management).
  • Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A passion for revenue-based digital marketing and integrated campaign management.
  • Ability to discover, learn and implement new digital tools and approaches.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong team player.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to compile and sort data in sales-level report format.
  • Research and analysis ability
  • Experience with Website Analytics tools.
  • Proficient Knowledge of SEO processes and keyword list generation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
  • BA/BS degree minimum in Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent content writing and editing skills.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with webpage optimization, email marketing, working with WordPress, Social Media and conducting marketing campaigns.
PREFERRED:
  • Relevant experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Advertising Campaign Management.
  • Experience in conducting webinars.
  • Experience in the email marketing and in Adobe Creative Suite.

Salary is $65,000 annually.
