We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful Marketing Director that is excited to work in the Firearms Industry. This primarily involves working with revolutionary, game changing products. This is the perfect job for an ambitious Marketer that wants a job at the next level.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional willing to develop and lead a newly formed department. You will need to work in a creative environment leading a team that is focused on the objectives that you collaboratively plan.

Job Purpose: To lead and collaborate with a team on content and informative marketing, sales focused customer service, and sales out reach. (75% Marketing, 15% Sales, 10% Customer Service)

Salary Range: $60K-$80K, Pay is negotiable

Work Schedule: 8AM – 5AM Monday through Friday. Travel expected 5 to 6 times a year that includes working through the weekend.

Work Reports: Works directly for the General Manager. CEOs will provide guidance and direction to plans as well. Five to eight employees will be directly reporting to the Marketing and Sales Director.

· Develop and implement marketing strategy plans that focus on informative and content marketing goals

· Lead marketing and sales professionals to achieve marketing and sales goals

· Develop marketing and sales professionalsusing coaching and performance review technics.

Job Requirements:

· BS/BA degree in marketing, sales, business administration, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMRUSH, WebTrends etc.) and Google AdWords.

· Strong familiarity with content and informative marketing techniques and best practices.

· Willing and resourceful to learn and become what is needed for position and project success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
