We are looking for a highly motivated team player to manage and grow our marketing initiatives. You will work alongside the founder and will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all social channels. This is an opportunity to join our growing company, where you will have the freedom to bring your own creative ideas to the table.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Planning and executing social content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. RSC is a very specific brand focused on community, our team member must be aligned with our brand and lifestyle.
• Social media content creation on-site and organization of content folder
• Oversee influencer marketing to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Measure and report on program performance against KPIs
• Monitor and stay ahead of influencer trends for ongoing growth
• Calendar planning, scheduling and recaps
• Work with founder to execute campaigns for social and website
• Support with administrative tasks as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year minimum of experience in brand marketing and influencer management
• Experience in fashion and/or e-commerce is required
• Understanding of and passion for the Rebel Soul brand, our product, our customer and our voice
• A social media pro - you know how to create content with ease
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
• Self-motivated and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• Shopify experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Creative Cloud a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
