Marketing Assistant - Part-Time (24 hours a week)
Job description
The Part-Time Marketing Assistant position will be responsible for assiting the Marketing Manager and Department with daily tasks as needed. This position would be great for a stay at home mom wanting to get out while the kids are in school (24 hours a week and flexbible)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department
· Monitor and respond to member reviews on google, Facebook and Yelp
· Manage member referral program Refer & Receive: inventory, emailing rewards, auditing and reporting
· Assist with member retention programs: vendor logistics, prizes, power point presentations, execution guides
· Social media reporting assistance
· Assist with Marketing events – planning, logistics, inventory, research
· Create studio graphics, templates and marketing collateral as needed
- Must be able to maintain a stationary position a majority of the time in an office setting
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Travel 25% of the time
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
· Effectiveness in managing multiple projects and responsibilities with exceptional organizational skills
· Exemplary interpersonal abilities and communication
- Attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, word, excel, power point etc.
Ability to work without direction, proactive
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
