Role Summary: The Marketing Automation Manager will leverage HubSpot to create the most effective and efficient marketing communication process for CRST. This is a technical role focused on execution. Creative and overall strategy will be provided. In addition, this role will support the enterprise on diverse communication and marketing needs.
- Role Responsibilities: Understand the intent and function of various business partners offering solutions and implementation oversight for the organization.
- Develops, administers, and manages Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing activities in HubSpot for CRST, including e-marketing programs and strategies, campaign management, and analytics.
- Identifies and defines recommendations for tool and process improvements as needed.
- Coordinates and heads response handling, campaign tracking, follow-up, and automated lead management.
- Develops, documents, and implements automated marketing processes within CRM with emphasis on maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of campaign operations and lead generation.
- Analyzes campaign results and historic data to provide assessment of campaign effectiveness and utilizes insight gained to influence future campaign strategies.
- Serves as the main contact for all aspects of the CRM marketing process.
- Oversees data integrity within HubSpot CRM and HubSpot CMS through data import management, data cleanup and deduping
- Builds and manages dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for each business unit and end-users
- Recommend and implement best-practice CRM processes, architectures, and integrations that optimize adoption, usability, and content workflows
- Monitor systems and respond swiftly to problems, outages, or other usability issues
- Regularly review settings related to each system and resolve system errors
- Develop standards and guidelines, end-user training documents and provide technical training for HubSpot users
Experience -
- 3+ years’ experience as a CRM Administrator with Hubspot experience
- Excellent CMS and CRM admin experience
- Basic programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
- HubSpot certifications a plus
- Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to advise and implement best practices
- Strong competency with HubSpot automation, including building flows, process, and workflow rules
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
