Marketing Coordinator
Location: Brea, CA or Remote
Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives for two departments in the company. Focus will be on creating, implementing, tracking/analyzing, and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing and lead generation campaigns across various marketing channels. A successful candidate will aid in our long-term growth, brand awareness and customer satisfaction.

- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
- Research, analyze, and recommend media for marketing communications and schedule ad placements
- Draft marketing communications and collateral; copy and content development; develop automated campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help improve future marketing efforts.
- Website content updates; Social media marketing; Print advertising; Digital marketing/SEO
- Tradeshow support; occasional event and inter-office travel
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate or agency environment
- Strong paid search/SEO background
- Highly organized/strong attention to detail with strong copy development, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
- Ability to work under deadline pressure, prioritize multiple projects/programs and consistent follow-through are a must
- Graphic design and video production experience is preferred
- Experience in the building product or building safety industry a plus
